Lying supine

with breath streaming slowly. . .

producing sound . . .

and awareness floating

on the current . . .

increasingly refined

as it filters

through your form . . .

Thus meditating . . .

enter your heart . . .

abandoning yourself

to sleep . . .

You achieve sovereignty

in dreaming . . .

In his Manual for Self Realization (John Hughes, ed.), Swami Lakshmanoo confides as follows: "If you, in your dreaming state, dream only that you are meditating, there is no rebirth, you won't be born again. This is the certificate of your being liberated."
