Lie flat

breathless

like a corpse

and observe the universe

as dead –

or be

all anger

and envelop the universe

with ire –

or be

all force

and destroy the universe

with a one-pointed look –

or be

all pleasure

and taste the universe

with one-pointed attention –

or feel

abundantly full

and let the universe

merge in you.
