Imagine

like lightning

light

arising

from your coccyx

and passing

in succession

through the psychic centers

of navel

heart

throat

and middle of eyebrows

until reaching

the

top of your head.

Great power

floods

forth.

Imagine the light arise from your heart and grow subtler and subtler as it reaches your cerebrum. Merge in that. Great power is generated.
